Aneeta, Tracy and Sangita offer mindful meditation on behalf of U3a Warrnambool to the library community.
Practices include breath awareness, body scans, walking meditation, sensory observation, short exercises for daily use and mindful movement.
Movements are gentle and easy–not yoga.
Suitable for those aged over 18.
